How does customer submit a return request?

1. Open return portal through the “Return & Exchange” link at the main menu of the store front. See how to add “Return & Exchange” link to the main/footer menu.
2. Enter order number and order email address
3. Choose items to return
4. Choose resolution > reason > return method > Submit
